Welcome to the Knowledge Base Sources Page!
This page displays a complete, authoritative list of every source that has been ingested. If a source appears here, it is included in the application’s knowledge. If it does not appear, it has not been ingested.
Tip: Use this page to verify coverage before enabling your chatbot for end users. A quick scan here prevents gaps in answers later.
What you can do here
- Validate coverage: Confirm that the right documentation, FAQs, and Jira items are present.
- Spot gaps: Identify missing sources before they impact users.
- Share the list: Export to CSV for reviews, audits, or stakeholder sign-off.
How to use this page
- Review the list to ensure critical sources are included (product docs, KB articles, selected Jira items).
- Use Export to Excel (CSV) to download the list and analyze it in detail if needed.
- If a source is missing, adjust your criteria on the Knowledge Base Details page and recheck here.
If something looks missing
- Check your settings: If you expect a source to be present but it is not, it likely does not match the criteria defined in Knowledge Base Details (e.g., domain/path filters or Jira selection rules).
- Re-run your review: After updating settings, return to this page to confirm the source now appears.
Bonus tip: This list is encrypted at rest. Because you’re viewing it from the Admin UI, you have the necessary access to see the entries in clear form.
