This table displays a complete, authoritative list of every source that has been ingested. If a source appears here, it is included in the application's knowledge base. If a source does not appear in this table, it has not been ingested.
Tip: Use this page to verify coverage before enabling your chatbot for end users. A quick scan here prevents gaps in answers later.
What you can do here
- Validate coverage: Confirm that the right documentation, FAQs, and Jira items are present.
- Spot gaps: Identify missing sources before they impact users.
- Share the list: Export to CSV for reviews, audits, or checking the coverage.
If a source looks missing
- Check your settings: If you expect a source to be present but it is not, it likely does not match the criteria defined in Knowledge Base Details (e.g., domain/path filters or Jira selection rules).
- Check the Error URL list: The source may not be properly ingested and marked in Error URLs table
Tip: This list is encrypted - because you're viewing it from the Admin UI, you have the necessary access to see the entries in clear format.
