Welcome to the Overview Page!
This page shows what is ready to work when the application status switch is ON, and displays the package you are currently subscribed to. Use it as your single place to confirm that key parts of the system are active and aligned with your plan.
Tip: If Domain Name values are provided, the chatbot activates automatically on those domains. If no domain is provided, the chatbot remains inactive. Configure domains under Settings » ChatBot Interface.
What you’ll see here
- Component Readiness: Indicates which parts of the application are currently active (e.g., chatbot availability, knowledge ingestion, Jira work scope). This helps you confirm everything is prepared before serving end users.
- Subscription Package: Shows whether you are on Pro or Premium. This clarifies which feature set is available to your team right now.
How to use this page
- Check that the application status is ON on the App Status master switch page.
- Review the readiness of each component. If something is inactive, visit the related settings page (e.g., Knowledge Base Details or Jira Work Items to Work On) to complete configuration.
- Confirm your Package Level matches your needs. If not, you can request an upgrade.
