What you’ll configure here
- About You: Provide your organization and contact details. This ensures notifications, ownership, and branding are set correctly.
- Knowledge Base Details: Specify the sources your assistant can reference (product docs, public pages, and Jira items). Clear inputs here lead to more accurate answers.
- Jira Work Items to Include in the Knowledge Base: Choose which issues contribute to the knowledge the assistant uses. This helps capture known solutions and past learnings.
- Jira Work Items to Work On: Define which issues the assistant may actively help with. This focuses effort where it provides the most value.
- ChatBot Interface: Set where the chatbot appears (domains) and align its look with your brand. This ensures a consistent experience for your users.
